Don Payne started his career in construction as a union carpenter and quickly became a foreman, overseeing large-scale residential and commercial builds across Northern Illinois. With firsthand knowledge of building systems and proper construction practices, Don launched Payne’s Inspection Services to bring that same level of expertise to home and property inspections.
